Founder

Charles Henriot has held several executive positions, from startups to large corporations, specializing in SaaS transformation, innovation, and product strategy at software vendors.

👉 As VP, Chief of Staff at Aptean (US software publisher, $500M revenue), he led the acquisition and integration of 8 European software companies — from startups under 10 people to organizations of up to 300 employees. These integrations covered:

  • Business acceleration and team alignment,
  • HR and IT transformation,
  • Development of new product and market synergies.

👉 As CEO of Lascom, he led the company's transformation over 5 years with two main objectives:

  • Refocus on Food & Beverage and Cosmetics, high-growth potential sectors.
  • Shift to SaaS to increase MRR.
Result: Aptean acquired Lascom at the end of 2020.

👉 Earlier in his career, Charles held executive positions at Sopra HR Software.

👉 Founder of Maths And Go, an innovative AI-assisted math learning solution for CM1/CM2, Maths And Go was selected as part of the P2IA (AI Innovation Partnership for the French Ministry of Education).

🎓 A Telecom Paris graduate, he now puts his experience at the service of innovation driven by AI.
